e built an invoicing platform for freight dispatchers who bill carriers by hand. A rate confirmation is uploaded, AI extracts the load details, and a guided Upload, Review and Preview wizard produces a polished weekly dispatch invoice.
Dispatchers save carriers and drivers for quick fill, send invoices for payment, track paid and unpaid status in a searchable history, and follow an analytics dashboard showing revenue, outstanding balances, days to pay and top carriers.
